Read live from the supplier on every call and never stored; the text is the supplier's statement, not a quote: what a cancel or a change costs is answered by POST /v1/orders/{orderRef}/cancel-quote and the amend quote. orders:read and the order's own tab, as GET /v1/orders/{orderRef}; another tenant's order is 404. Cache-Control no-store. text is null on a segment the supplier stated no rules for. 409 CONFLICT when the order holds no booked supplier reference yet (details.reason ORDER_NOT_BOOKED) or its supplier has no fare-rule read (FARE_RULES_NOT_READABLE).
