Drives the sandbox scenario catalogue (the Test header scenarios, components/parameters/SandboxTest) on the caller's sandbox twin for every check not yet passed, and answers 202 at once; read GET /v1/certification for the results. Checks already passed are listed and not re-run. A human session is not a sandbox key (security declares the key schemes only). Needs orders:write. Idempotency-Key required.Headers
